Miniaturwelten
Vielleicht ein Puschelchen Moos? Ich kann diesen Miniaturwelten nicht widerstehen!
Vermutlich ein Goldgelber Zitterling Tremella mesenterica, vom Sturm aus einer Baumkrone herabgeweht. Noch im Werden… Dank Puzzles Beitrag, wußte ich überhaupt, womit ich es zu tun habe. Wie bei ihr, scheint der Sturm den Pilz dem Boden nahe gebracht zu haben. Putzigerweise parasitiert dieser Zitterling holzzersetzende Pilzarten aus der Gattung der Zystidenrindenpilze Peniophora. Was es nicht alles gibt!
..und noch recht klein, vielleicht einen halben cm groß:
Flechtenblüten möchte ich sie nennen:
Flechtenwelten überall.
Unterwegs noch mal die Becherflechte Cladonia. Zu schön, diese kleinen famosen Becherchen! Das Moos könnte Zypressenschlafmoos Hypnum cupressiforme sein. Könnte.
Rindenlandschaften (jaja, es ist die Borke, aber für mich ist es immer die Rinde…)
Das Wetter stimmte am Samstag. Mild und sonnig und mal nicht! stürmisch. Ich habe die Gelegenheit genutzt, im Wald nach dem Rechten zu sehen ;-) Dafür gibt es seitdem fast täglich Sturmböen, mal mehr, mal weniger, seufz.

^^ Prust! Ja, das kann ich mir vorstellen :-) Deshalb landet das meiste bei mir erst mal auf dem Balkon. Dann u.U. Luftschleuse und ab ins Glas oder so…

Was meinst du mit der Luftschleuse? Jetzt schon gefärbte Eier? Bis Ostern kann man die nicht mal mehr durch die Luftschleuse bringen ;-)

I really like your eye for the lichens. I enjoy lichens as much as I do fungi. They have so many beautiful forms and colours, and hold so much interest. Lovely shots!

A puff of moss – I like that. You would have so much fun with all the moss shapes here! The Tremella mushroom is interesting, and such a pretty, clear yellow – the orange one you photographed before (and we have here, too) is also a beautifully bright, clear color. But the lichen flower – sweet! That is (of course) another kind of life form that would give you lots to think about if you were here. I’m sorry I have not spent enough time investigating the lichens more closely. I LOE your Cladonia photo in the moss – I see lichens like that associating closely with mosses all the time, but I haven’t been as successful as you in photographing them. .

If I were in the PNW I would crawl and stumble all way long all day long and I would shout aaah and oooh all the time :-) The world of lichens must be a lot bigger than here. Do you know some of your usual lichens by name? I have to admit I hardly know any moss by name overhere. Maybe the next topic ;-)

I really don’t I should! One of them I know for sure, all the others – and you’re right, there are a lot – I cannot name. If I make an effort I’m sure I could put names to some of them but they’re difficult.

I am happy that you agree with my description :-) – Lichens must be difficult. Mosses not less. Mushrooms are so difficult too. Hm. I think I will stay with the insects ;-)

They’re not so easy either! I like full-sized, „normal“ plants that don’t move around. :-)
